MORNING PRAYER (July 17, 2009)

"Because of His great love for us,

God, who is rich in mercy,

made us alive with Christ

even when we were dead in transgressions -

it is by grace you have been saved."

(Ephesians 2:4-5, NIV)

God in His mercy

has saved me by grace,

by sending His Son

to die in my place.

Because of His love

God helped me to thrive.

With Christ as my Savior

I am now alive.

Lord, it is by Your grace that I have been saved. Thank You for redeeming me through the Blood of Your precious Son, Jesus. Amen.
