Make me wise, O Lord. Open my ears to hear words of wisdom and learn from its counsel. Rid me of pride so I may welcome constructive advice and realize its intent. Please grant me the understanding to know what to accept and what to leave behind.
Father, I ask that You bless me with the gift of discernment so that I am not fooled by one who is not of You. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
